For our client, a top level international company, we are continuously looking for:

Young, highly gifted/talented intellectuals (M/F)

In the first selection step the hiring company prefers to stay anonymous. Based on the CV and related data the company will screen the applicant. If initially accepted by the company, the applicant becomes candidate and will receive more detailed information on the company and the function. Then the candidate will enter an extensive selection process.

Requirements:
• PhD or university Master level; all scientific disciplines allowed.
• Brilliant Master study results: minimum great distinction in (nearly) every year; results to be mentioned per year in the CV.
• Excellent analytic, synthetic and problem solving skills.
• Experience in working with international teams and/or having worked abroad.
• At least 1 extra-curricular distinction.

• Creative/innovative mind.
• Curious and always looking for the answer on the question “So what?”.
• Integer, honest, loyal and open minded in a multicultural environment.
• Stress resistant, hard worker.

• Excellent communicative skills at all levels.

Languages:
• Fluent in Dutch or French, both oral and writing.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.

Mobility/travel: Up to 60 % travelling (worldwide).

Job specificities:
• Full-time.
• Permanent employment.
• Location: Belgium.
• Starting date: in agreement with the client.
