Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

Technical pre /post sales support in France and Europe.
On site support: site survey, installation, commissioning, Q&A etc. main focus is France.
Sales & Marketing support in Europe as well.
Technical support through phone and email.
The position will report to the Senior Director of International sales.

Requirements:

Native French speaker.
Fluent written and spoken English.
B.Sc Electrical Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience with Wireless/Mobility/Cellular networks and networking.
Thorough understanding of cellular technology (GSM, UMTS, & HSPA protocols) and trends.
Thorough understanding of Wi-Fi and WiMAX technology and trends- advantage.
Sales, solution & service oriented approach,
Worked with / for a cellular operator (Orange France, SFR) or large equipment vendor (e.g. Ericsson, Nortel etc.).- desirable.
Independent and self motivated- desirable.
